Assume no manufacturer warranty outside China: the seller is your only cover. Even US MOVA units are covered only in the US and Canada, support told one owner. Repairs abroad usually mean parts from AliExpress and doing it yourself.

We found no official policy, and no sign that it does. MOVA support told a US buyer the warranty only applies in the US and Canada. Dreame's after-sales list tells people outside listed countries to contact their seller.

Dreame's forum lists the US, Canada, Europe, Japan, Korea, India, Mexico, Turkey, Israel, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Lebanon, Russia and CIS countries, Australia and New Zealand. Elsewhere it says to contact local sellers. Check the current list before you rely on it.
